Had fab stay for a short visit, the staff were courteous, location was fab very close to a nice restaurant. Booked a room with great soft fluffy towels.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The motel is centrally located and yet comparatively quiet. From the window of our bathroom you could even see the sea. One notices that the motel is still very new and well maintained. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

No elevator for the luggage. Those who have a lot of luggage should definitely book a room on the ground floor.

The accommodation is spacious, modern and very clean. Check-in staff was very friendly. We can fully recommend. Will definitely come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in New Plymouth. the location was perfect, situated on the intersection of two streets, making it convenient for exploring the town. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed, with a sea view, double glazed windows, and good facilities including extra blankets. this hotel offered great value for money and provided a comfortable stay.

We loved the modern fixtures and furnishings, and the daily plunger coffee made for a great start to our day. The motel's location in downtown was perfect for easy access to attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure were a bonus, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen items and eco-friendly toiletries. Being within walking distance to the beach and town was very convenient, and we also enjoyed using the provided bikes to explore the city's cycle ways.

I really enjoyed our stay and was impressed as soon as we walked into the room. I wasn't expecting the luxury and style we received. Very comfortable beds, spacious room, beautiful bathrooms, choose your own breakfast to be delivered and great details like the hot chocolate and biscuits! Would definitely stay again.

Would've been great to have a spa pool, but you can't have everything in life!

My colleague and I had a wonderful stay at this motel during our recent business trip. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the modern design and the well-equipped facilities provided in our room. The location was very convenient - we were able to walk to nearby cafés and shops. Having laundry facilities available was also a plus.

There were limited cooking facilities and the shower head could have had a narrower spray. However, overall these were minor things that did not significantly impact our stay.

The motel is new and room spacious with good size bathroom/shower. Worth the money and we would stay again.
